About Camille (Cami)

Roots in the earth…

Gratuted in Rural Development Strategy, I taught agriculture to future farmers and project leaders.
I know that the view of agriculture is complex and must be transmitted to as many people as possible. In addition to teaching, I worked to explain agricultural and environmental concepts through drawings or videos, during conferences or for awareness campaigns.
Through drawing, conferences and films, I tried to reconcile actors on earth who can no longer speak to each other.

…mind on the goban…

In 2018 I discovered the game of Go and was captivated by its world.
I drown in its depths and quickly emerge 2 dan.
I have the chance to participate in a few international tournaments, meet great players and inspiring personalities, and even have a small world record for the greatest number of single-color games played simultaneously 😉
I quickly started drawing around this game that inspires me so much, under the pseudonym “Stoned on the Goban”.

…looking at the movement of stones.

Today I am a full-time illustrator, and I teach Go in the Grenoble Go School.
I design posters, visual elements and textiles for federations and clubs. I also draw during conferences to produce original and fun reports. I have designed many covers for go books.
I produce original works to order and on various materials, and in small series on my online store. I ship all over the world and I am very touched to discover my works in all four corners of the world.
I have created specific products for businesses, and I screen print the textiles available on my store myself.
Finally, I create tools to disseminate the game of Go to as many people as possible: cards, badges, student passports, initiation flyers…
My biggest project is my book, co-written with Lucas Neirynck 6D, “Go, à toi de Jouer”, a fun and colorful first approach to discovering the game of go.

Oh. And I love foxes 😛
